Proposed Fishtown Area BiD

 

Fishtown area residents, business and property owners and others have come together to explore creating a Business Improvement District to plan and fund services to improve and preserve our neighborhood.

Using the results of the BID Survey completed by 529 respondents identifying services that would be the most beneficial for the community, the Steering Committee has drafted our BID Services and Budget, which was presented for feedback and Q&A at our First Community Meeting on Tuesday, April 30 at 6:30pm at Lutheran Settlement House (1340 Frankford Avenue) and will be presented again with a small boundary change on Wednesday, May 29 at 6:30pm in the same location. Please be advised that owner-occupied homes and condos would not pay an assessment, but all are welcome to attend the meeting.
